Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy
As our orders are processed and dispatched quickly, we are unable to cancel or change any details in your order once it has been shipped out. If you have any problems with your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and if the item has not been processed (and has not been shipped out), we will give you a full refund.
We at Olivier Blake hope you love your new purchase. Please let us know if you are unhappy, and we will be glad to exchange, credit note or refund your purchase. Your item(s)* can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition. For full-priced items, we are happy to exchange your product for a different size in the same style as originally ordered. Due to limited availability, we may be unable to exchange for different styles or products. Sale items are usually not eligible for refund or exchange. However, we will bend over backwards to keep our customers happy! Please do not send your purchase back to us or to the manufacturer unless instructed by us to do so.
Do note that return postage costs will be at your expense unless the item(s) received are defective. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at email@example.com prior to sending it back. We cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed to be defective. Depending on the circumstances, we may re-order another one to be sent to you at no further cost.
The item you want to return must be shipped to us within 14 days from the date you received your package to receive a full refund onto your original form of payment.
If you send back the item after 14 days, you still have up to 30 days from the date you received your package to receive store credit. You will receive an email with a coupon code for the total amount.
We are sorry that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange if 30 days have gone by since the receipt of your purchase.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment. The processing time may differ, depending on your payment merchant but it should take just a couple of days.
We regret that we are unable to do any refund for items that are 'missing' if the tracking system has indicated that they have been delivered to customer address. In many of these cases, a family member or a friendly neighbor could have safe-kept it for you. You may, however, take it up with your online payment company and they will determine how the dispute will be resolved.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. We are sorry we are unable to provide a refund for items that are on sale.
